Q: Do you use real Littmann, MDF, and Prestige stethoscopes?
A: Yes. I only customize authentic brands purchased from trusted suppliers. Your stethoscope is real, functional, and ready for clinical use.

Q: Do you engrave the stethoscope?
A: I do not engrave the metal finish, because rhinestones cover the surface. Instead, I personalize the stethoscope case with a name and/or title so it’s still unique and professional.

Q: How long does processing take?
A: Most custom orders ship within the processing time listed at checkout. Larger or highly detailed custom designs may take longer — if so, I’ll message you with an update.

Q: Do you accept returns on personalized items?
A: Personalized and custom items are final sale once they are approved and/or in production. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me right away so I can help.

Q: Do the rhinestones fall off easily?
A: Each piece is sealed with professional-grade adhesive and placed with intention. As with all handmade, embellished items, gentle care and proper storage will extend the life of your bling.
